Reducing the damage caused by tobacco means persuading young people not to start, helping established smokers to quit and regulating the tobacco industry so that it cannot promote, market or sell its products in an unrestrained manner. One way in which ASH Scotland pursues these goals is by lobbying the governments in Edinburgh and London and working with MSPs, MPs and MEPs who are sympathetic to our mission.
