The Youth and Tobacco Forum is composed of representatives from organisations with a remit for young people's education and well being, and provides an arena in which issues specific to young people and tobacco can be debated and information exchanged.

The Chair of the Youth Forum is Diana Martin, Stop Smoking Co-ordinator - Young People (Edinburgh), NHS Lothian. and the Vice-Chair is Heather Gillespie, Tobacco Prevention Officer - North Ayrshire  ASH Scotland provides support to the Youth Forum through the Youth Development Officer, Emma Cepok.
