Funded Projects

Following a two-stage application process, ten pilot projects were funded for up to three years between 2003 and 2007.

Falling under the PATH banner was an eleventh project, based in the State Hospital at Carstairs, which was being funded as part of the (then) Scottish Executive's wider National Programme for Improving Mental Health and Well-being (please note that this National Programme has now been superceded by the May 2009 action plan, Link opens in new window'Towards a mentally flourishing Scotland').

  • Project monitoring and evaluation gives a closer insight to each project's progress, challenges, successes, final project reports and other useful resources.

  • If you have an interest in the three themes Black and Minority Ethnic Communities; Older Adults and Mental Health in relation to tobacco use, and wish to find out about other developments, pilot projects, or needs assessments in this area, information is available on the Tobacco and Inequalities section.
