 Appendices

As a result of the research conducted, questionnaires in four different languages have been developed with cross-cultural face and content validity, for future use in multi ethnic surveys, to enable the collection of high quality data on the use of tobacco and related substances.

Please note that further tests are required to test criterion validity, reliability and sensitivity of these questionnaires prior to use and may also require further proofreading, formatting and the addition of a culturally and linguistically appropriate introduction. Due to size, each questionnaire is provided in parts in pdf format.
