Please note that further tests are required to test criterion validity, reliability and sensitivity of these questionnaires prior to use and may also require further proofreading, formatting and the addition of a culturally and linguistically appropriate introduction. Tobacco and Inequalities Project

ASH Scotland's Tobacco and Inequalities project has targeted its work around the theme of black and minority ethnic communities.

A needs assessment was conducted, consisting of several components, to uncover the main issues and challenges surrounding the use of tobacco amongst this group and to identify priorities for action. As a result various pieces of work have been produced.

  • Literature review update on tobacco and black and minority ethnic communities (2010: 53 pages, 529Kb pdf)
  • Briefing paper on tobacco and black and minority ethnic communities (2004: 6 pages, 182Kb pdf)
