"I have registered on the Health Scotland VLE but can't log in"

The Health Scotland VLE registration emails are automated and are sent out within a 5 minute period of registration. Depending on your computer's settings, this email may be sent to your 'junk' or 'trash' folder as opposed to your inbox. Please check these folders in the first instance.

If you still have not received this email, it may be as a result of local email system settings or firewall. This means the email is processed through various spam filters before eventually getting through, or in some cases, not getting through at all. You need to contact your local I.T. department to ask if this email has been blocked from reaching your email address.

If you have received this email but can't log in to the Health Scotland VLE, please check you are using the correct username and password. Please note these are case sensitive so please ensure you are/are not using capital letters where appropriate. If you are still having problems logging into the Health Scotland VLE, please contact the ASH Scotland T&D Administrator at: Tadministrator@ashscotland.org.uk or 0131 220 9959.
