Scottish National Training Standards: stop-smoking support

The Scottish National Training Standards 2009 (PDF 885kb) underpin all PATH training.

• Standard A: Raising the issue of smoking (generic blended), Raising the issue of smoking during pregnancy, and Raising the issue of smoking with mental health service users
• Standard B: Introduction to stop-smoking support
• Standard C: Specialist stop-smoking support to individuals and groups
• Standard D: Specialist stop-smoking support: wider professional issues
